The Water Environment Federation® (WEF®) Collection Systems Community (CSC) is currently developing the update to the Private Property Virtual Library (PPVL). This area is currently under construction, so please continue to check back with us as the site continues to develop. We encourage utilities to participate in the PPVL survey to assist in building the library that is aimed at benefiting utilities across North America by sharing ideas, lessons learned, and unique program approaches addressing private property infiltration and inflow (PPII) reduction programs.
